We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to manage our project team.

Reporting to the Directors, this position has overall responsibility for all project activities.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for all project activities
  • Mentor, supervise and manage project staff
  • Manage delivery of all projects to meet budget and delivery targets
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with specifications and purchase order requirements
  • Improve project profitability
  • Manage and coordinate project team
  • Manage vendors and interfaces
  • Manage and coordinate with clients and end users
  • Ensure project team maintain project plan
  • Project costing and cost control, tracking costs and manpower
  • Manage project documentation
  • Develop RigQuip in-house engineering and projects capabilities
  • Develop, maintain and issue project procedures
  • Assist with development of specifications and drawings
  • Other related duties as defined by the management

Requirements:

Education and Training

  • Degree qualified candidates preferred
  • Offshore Survival Training
  • Offshore medical

Knowledge and Experience

  • Technical knowledge of company products and supplied equipment
  • Knowledge of project management systems
  • Knowledge of API Quality Management systems and requirements is an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft and Microsoft Project
  • Minimum of 5 years oil and gas experience
